TC1: Introduction to
Residential Property Management
ARMA currently offers a
one day training course entitled TC1: Introduction to Residential
Property Management. This course intendeds to teach its participants
about specific issues relating to residential long leasehold
management. You will learn about
the role of a
managing agent, how to deal with clients, important statistical
information, regulations, laws and important trade and professional
bodies.
This course will also
teach you about the legal, accounting and corporate framework you
must work within. For example, you will learn about legal issues
relating to a lease, your role in case of disputes, valuation,
industry standard service charges, maintenance responsibilities and
health and safety issues.

This course is intended
for beginners. If you have less than 6 months experience in
