The National Association
of Estate Agents is considered one of the UK's leading organizations
estate agents, policy, education and industry standards. They
represent the interest of over 10,000 members from both the UK and
abroad. The NAEA has members who deal in many different aspects of
property services such as.

Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) Important?:
The NAEA is important
because it offers a valuable service to property managers,
landlords, buyers, sellers and letters. NAEA members act as a
reliable third party to transactions and information pertaining to
estate / property issues. Members of the NAEA have undergone strict
testing procedures to ensure compliance and understanding of local
and national laws. Members will also be trained in ensuring fair
property valuation and are trained to ensure that property
transactions happen within the realms of ethical business practices.
In the case that communication break down or problems arise, they
are also trained to be able to handle dispute resolution which in
turn will help ensure all parties that their interests and financial
well being are protected within the legal boundaries.
