Association of Residential Letting Agents
- Membership
There are two types of
ARLA memberships. One is for individuals and the other is for
companies.
Individual Membership
To become an individual
member you will need to showcase your ability to ARLA and show them
that you operate on a professional level that is in line with their
own professional codes of conduct. You also must display one of the
following qualifications.
- ARLA Foundation
Competency Test (Level I)
- Diploma in Residential Lettings & Management
- Technical Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management
- ARLA Advanced Competency Test (Level II)
- NVQ in Residential Lettings & Property Management
- Certificate in Residential Lettings & Management (CRLM)
- TechRICS MRICS FRICS
Corporate Membership
To become a corporate
member you will need to visit the ARLA website and download an
application request form.
